The Pets at Home Price Promise (the Price Promise) means that after your purchase of a listed product from Pet Drugs Online (we or us), if you find the price of any of our listed products at a lower advertised price on the Pets at Home www.petsathome.com, we will match the price and refund the difference, subject to the below:

   1. “Favourites” is a selected range of products defined by Pet Drugs Online [available here List]. Pet Drugs Online reserves the right to amend this list and remove products from the offer at any time.
   2. The product must be identical to ours in brand, variant and pack size.
   3. The price must be clearly advertised on the Pets at Home website to an objective standard and exclude delivery charges.
   4. The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase (rather than only available to order from Pets at Home).
   5. You must notify us in writing (email being sufficient) within 7 business days of your order with Pets at Home being placed and acknowledged.
   6. The price must be the set list price with no other applicable discounts, promotions, promotion codes or offers.
   7. The Price Promise cannot be used to purchase subscriptions of any kind.
   8. Pet Drugs Online reserves the right to remove this Price Promise with limited notice and reject any claims for refunds that are submitted 7 business days prior to the clear notice of removal of the Price Promise.

2. Process. You will be required to email  the Pet Drugs Online customer services contact@petdrugsonline.co.uk with the details of your order number, the lower price and a link to the Pets at Home website evidencing the lower price. Notices will be deemed received and properly served immediately 24 hours after an email is sent. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove that such email was sent to the specified email address above. If you have already placed your order, we will refund the difference between the price you have paid for that product and the Pets at Home price. The refund will be processed within 7 business days of this being confirmed. The refund amount will be credited to the card or payment method you used to purchase the product from Pet Drugs Online.

3. Amendments. We have the right to revise and amend these terms of the Price Promise from time to time.
